You may not resell, republish, or redistribute the site's curated library, written analysis, or tool outputs as a competing dataset or service, in whole or in substantial part.
Automated scraping or bulk extraction of the pairing library is not permitted. Reasonable indexing by search engines is welcome.
3. Fonts & Licensing
Pairings marked “free” reference fonts distributed under an open licence, typically via Google Fonts. Pairings marked “paid” reference commercial typefaces whose rights belong to their respective foundries.
We link to third-party foundries but do not sell or license fonts. Any font licence is a separate agreement between you and the foundry. Always verify the licence terms before using a typeface in a product, logo, or embedded environment.
4. No Warranty
The site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Pairing recommendations, contrast calculations, and scale values are guidance based on general typographic practice — they are not a guarantee of accessibility compliance or design outcome.
You are responsible for verifying accessibility, licensing, and suitability for your own context.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Font Pairing Generator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content.
